Cricket Australia announces a Pakistan Bay with a no-alcohol policy at Perth Stadium

Cricket Australia is proactively ensuring an inclusive and distinctive experience for Pakistani cricket enthusiasts during the upcoming inaugural Test of the Benaud Qadir Trophy at Perth Stadium on December 14.

The event has generated substantial interest, with more than 18,000 tickets already sold for the eagerly awaited match.

In a bid to offer a dedicated space for Pakistani supporters, Perth Stadium has designated two zones surrounding the Pakistan dressing room, officially termed the “Pakistan Bay.” This specified area will serve as a central hub for fans to unite and fervently support their team. Notably, the Pakistan Bay has been established as an alcohol-free zone, emphasizing a family-friendly environment.

To enrich the communal spirit within the Pakistan Bay, attendees can relish various amenities, including tea, Halal, and Desi food options.

Pakistan cricketers Hasan Ali and Saim Ayub have extended invitations to fans to join a walk organized by Cricket Australia on the opening day of the match. The walk will commence from the renowned Sailani Avenue, guiding participants to Perth Stadium.
